Yes. We offer pick-up and drop-off service so getting your car serviced doesn't have to mean rearranging your whole day.
Is an independent European specialist as good as the dealer?
For most maintenance and repair work, yes, often better, because it's the same manufacturer-level knowledge and diagnostic approach without dealership overhead pricing or scheduling delays. We use manufacturer-spec parts and fluids, and we stand behind our work.
Do you provide a loaner car while my vehicle is being serviced?
We can, depending on availability and the nature of the service. Customers have mentioned receiving a loaner at no charge for certain repairs. Ask when you schedule your appointment and we'll let you know what's available for your visit.

How often should brake pads be replaced?
Typically every 30,000 to 70,000 miles, depending on driving conditions and how the car is driven. Connecticut winters (road salt and freeze-thaw potholes) can accelerate wear, so we check the whole brake system at every visit, not just the pads.
My check-engine light is on. Do I need to stop driving?
It depends on the code. A steady check-engine light usually means it's safe to drive to us for a diagnostic scan soon, while a flashing check-engine light typically signals a more serious misfire and you should get it looked at right away. When in doubt, call us and describe what you're seeing, and we'll tell you whether it can wait for an appointment or needs to come in now.
Why is my air conditioning blowing warm?
Usually low refrigerant, a failing compressor, or a blockage in the system. We diagnose the actual cause with a proper inspection rather than just topping off refrigerant and hoping it holds.
How often does my European car need an oil change?
It varies by make, model, and driving style. Most modern European engines run on a manufacturer-specified interval tracked by an onboard service reminder, and we use the oil weight and spec your manufacturer calls for, not a generic one-size-fits-all product.
Do you work on Porsche air suspension systems?
Yes. Air suspension diagnostics and repair on Porsche models (Cayenne, Panamera, and others equipped with it) is one of our specialties. It's a system a lot of general shops won't touch.

We're open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We're closed Saturday and Sunday.
